Why Financial Problems?

If Our Lord loves us so much, why does he allow us to fall into such deep financial problems?

While God may not help those who help themselves (He doesn't need to), He invariably helps those who trust in Him.  If there were a better way of getting our attention, and showing us our dependency, you can be sure God would do this.
